(2002) A collection of Charlie Byrd's performances of compositions by Antonio Carlos Jobim. US release. Audio CD.

From the Cover
Charlie Byrd, the guitarist that brought the Brazilian bossa nova to mass U.S. audiences in the '60s, continued his love affair with Brazilian music throughout the rest of his life—in particular, the music of Brazil's most revered bossa nova composer, Antonio Carlos Jobim. Jobim's infectious melodies appear throughout Byrd's variegated body of recordings on the Concord label (which span the last three decades of his life). Collected here are some of Charlie Byrd's most inspired Concord performances of the music of Antonio Carlos Jobim.
