We ship to the North America, Europe, Australia, Japan, and American military addresses.
In stock items are usually mailed from Texas within 24 hours.
International orders are mailed on Mondays and Thursdays.
Availability
Most of our CDs and DVDs are imported from Brazil, where they go in and out of print
frequently.
Therefore some items may only be available while supplies last.
The posted prices and availability are for the next item sold,
after which availability may change without notice.
If you request more copies of an item than we have in stock, we may
send you what we have and refund the difference.
If you are paying by check or money order, we will hold your merchandise
for ten days. If we have not received payment by then, the items will
be returned to our inventory.
Security
Your credit card purchases will be safe and secure.
We have chosen PayPal as our provider for credit card services
because of their extensive expertise with financial applications.
Your credit card will be taken by PayPal on their secure server
and will never be known to South American Way.
Payment
Our shopping cart allows you to select how you would like to pay.
You may use your credit card via PayPal.
We also accept money orders and personal checks from the USA,
or international money orders from customers outside of the United States.
If you are paying by check or money order, your order will be processed after payment is received.
If you purchased a item that is in stock, it will be mailed within 24 hours
after payment is received.
Return Policy
You may return any new item within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price
if the item
is in the same condition as you received it.
Items in plastic wrap, such as new CDs, may be returned for a full refund
only if they are unopened or defective.
Used CDs or videos may be returned within 30 days and will be eligible for a
full refund if defective or misshipped — otherwise a $3 rental fee will be deducted
from the refund.
Privacy Policy
We will never give out your email or home address.
If you submit a review for one of our products, enter your name as
you would like it displayed on our web site.
